Looking for Backup Goalie Swap

Martin Jones - 78 OV, 1yr $1M contract
Super cap-friendly, but clearly isn't getting it done here and I need someone I can trust to give Markstrom a rest. Ideally, I would prefer to find a 1-for-1 swap, can be for a slight downgrade or a move to save you money if your backup is more expensive as I do have some cap space (if there is term I don't want any bad contracts, though). I am open to other options, but not looking to do anything big here
