As a member of the
Elite Hockey Experience, it is important to understand and follow the rules in place under the CBA. Many of them are standard for most leagues and follow along the same reasoning as those of the NHL. However, there are also certain aspects that are unique to EHE that may not be understood right away. If there is anything you feel needs to be clarified, re-written, or included in the rules, please feel free to post about it. It may be that you are not the only one with that idea or question.
A direct link to the CBA can be

An update to the CBA has just been posted. It cleans up a bit of the wording about player eligibility and also details player salary structure and "Fair Market Value."
We still have the daunting task of explaining the free agent signing process, especially during the off-season. We hope to get that to you ASAP. The quick answer regarding UFA age is that if a player is a free agent and age 28 or older as of July 1 of a given year, that player will be an unrestricted free agent if they have not been franchised.

What's the "per point" value beside the salary figure?

It's the increase in salary for each rating point added within that OV rating range. So a player that has an OV of 61 has an FMV of $750,000. A player with an OV of 62 has an FMV that is $250,000 higher than that, so $1,000,000.

V1.3 - Information regarding Arenas/Tickets, Playoffs, and Entry Draft have been added to the CBA. Also some minor revisions to clean up the language on some items.

This line:
During the regular season, the only contract requirements to sign a UFA are that of the league minimum and
maximum salaries. A UFA will sign with the highest bidding team after approximately 24 hours, unless
multiple teams bid on the same player on the same day.
Does this refer to players that were NOT signed in the off season? Or is it saying we can "resign" our UFAs mid season?

It refers to who is currently a UFA during the regular season. You cannot sign a player to a contract extension, although technically that's what franchise player tagging is for.
